Beginner's Yoga                   

Beginner's Yoga 

Guidance through breathing exercises, healthful stretching and a final meditation makes this class great for newbies and experienced yogis alike.  

Partner Yoga

Bring a friend to assist in postures and deepen your awareness of others. Class is held on a monthly basis. Call for dates/times. 


Children's Yoga

A fun, energtic introduction to yoga, best suited to kids ages 5-12. 

Mixed Level Flow

Beginner/Intermediate flow. Get in touch with your body and mind through your asana. This class is for all levels. 


Group Strength

Class includes weights, core work, endurance building exercises, and stretching.
