Beginner's Yoga                   

Beginner's Yoga 

Guidance through breathing exercises, healthful stretching and a final meditation makes this class great for newbies and experienced yogis alike.  

Partner Yoga

Bring a friend to assist in postures and deepen your awareness of others. Class is held on a monthly basis. Call for dates/times. 


 Total Body Yoga

Stretch every muscle while increasing circulation. Mixed level class with some flow!

Children's Yoga

A fun, energtic introduction to yoga, best suited to kids ages 5-12. 

Mixed Level Flow

Beginner/Intermediate flow. Get in touch with your body and mind through your asana. This class is for all levels. 

Detox Yoga 

An intense heated class to burn calories, sweat out toxins, and lengthen muscles! 

Group Strength

Class includes weights, core work, endurance building exercises, and stretching.

Kickboxing

Learn real combinations through shadowboxing, focus mitts, and bag work.  Burn up to 800 calories per class!  Open to all levels.  

20/20/20

20 minutes each of kickboxing, weight training and abs/stretching. Build muscle and burn calories!

 Meditation

Class includes gentle yoga, meditation, and chanting. This class is for everyone.
